Today on the show we have Myles Jones. Myles is a graduate of Duke University. At Duke, he was a second-team all-American his sophomore year, and a first-team all-American his Junior and Senior year. He also won the Donald MacLaughlin Jr. Award for the Nations top Midfielder as a Junior and Senior. He also won two national championships during his time at Duke. Myles was selected first overall in the 2016 MLL draft by the Atlanta Blaze. He now plays for the Chesapeake Bayhawks and is a two-time MLL All-Star. This is the first time I’ve spoken with Myles. I learned a lot about him during our call and I appreciate the way he approaches playing the game. We got to talk about how he thinks improving weaknesses and becoming a well-rounded player, how he developed as a leader, his training routine, and much more. The GameChanger Lacrosse Podcast is about talking to people who have dedicated their life to the game of lacrosse and learning about who they are, how they got to where they are today, and what they do to improve themselves and their teams.
