He also talks about three biggest mistakes that we make as professionals like limited beliefs, working in your business instead of on your business, and too much time on competence and delivery and not enough time about focusing on you and growing the business.

He describes that it is the epitome of the work he does help people. He talks about creating systems that should be integrated into the company will effectively help a business grow. Without implementing any sort of system it becomes a recipe for disaster. He values the idea that we need to look ahead and it starts with a mindset then develop a business plan which is vital for success.
