Dell XPS 13 inch 2-in-1 with Thunderbolt 3 USB-C

The Dell XPS laptop series continues to impress. Dell keeps innovating and learning what the customer wants, then puts out a laptop that can deliver. The XPS 13 2-in-1 laptop they debuted at CES 2017 is no different.

About the Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 Laptop

“We made the product a little thinner, a little bit more mobile”, said Randall Heaton, Product manager for XPS notebooks at Dell. “We also changed our ports on the product a little bit”.

The XPS 13 inch 2-in-1 convertible has a 7th generation Intel Core i5 (upgrade to i7), Windows 10, 4GB RAM and 128 GB SSD drive (upgrade to 16 GB RAM and 256 GB SSD). The “edge to edge” 13 inch screen is touch enabled and comes with Windows 10.

USB-C Thunderbolt 3 Inside

This contains Thunderrbolt 3 technology from Intel. Find out more on Thunderbolt 3 HERE.

The Dell XPS also has 2 USB-C ports – one of them Thunderbolt 3 enabled. You can tell by a lightning bolt next to the insert. Both USB-C ports allow for the machine to charge the 46 Whr battery. The XPS also contains a USB-A 3.1 adapter, micro SD card slot, headset jack, and Noble lock slot.
