Welcome everyone to the SEVENTH episode of the GEEKING SQUAD PODCAST! After a brief unexpected hiatus we're back again with new episodes!

This podcast is hosted by Larry, Megan, and Vito from the Geeking Poetic Podcast Channel, and is centered around the various topics, news items, discussions and tidbits that are shared each week in the GEEKING SQUAD Group on Facebook. In each episode, your hosts choose certain topics that have been shared in the group and discuss them at greater length, adding in their own opinions and humor. The Geeking Squad group is open to anyone who is interested in discussing and sharing info and articles on various geeky subjects such as sci-fi, horror, comedy, action/adventure, cartoons, comic books, music, memes, UFO conspiracies, ancient history and legends and much more! We encourage people to join and post articles or topics that we can bring up on the show, and we'll be uploading a new episode on the first and third Wednesday of every month. The various things mentioned in this episode includes: - Geeking Squad show intro - Host introductions & show explanation - Larry checks on his co-hosts Vito & Megan - "WHAT'S SHAKIN' BACON?" segment intro - Discussing the rumored REN & STIMPY reboot - Debating the validity of the rumored BEAVIS & BUTTHEAD reboot, and Larry's long-standing dislike of the show. - Mentioning the possible reboot of DARIA - Larry and Vito discuss how METALOCALYPSE really does reflect some behavior and situations with being in a metal band. - More reboot/sequels rumored such as WHO'S THE BOSS and DIRTY DANCING. - Larry both defends and belittles one of his favorite films, "GREASE 2". - Larry and Vito continue to try and convince Megan to check out STAR TREK VOYAGER since there's rumors of a Capt. Janeway spin-off series. - Debating whether we want to see Quentin Tarantino do the next STAR TREK movie and what it'll be like. - Discussing how STAR TREK should take a page from DOCTOR WHO's adventures in the distant future. - Prescribed Films Podcast Network (The PFPN) commercial bumper - "SQUAD TALK" segment intro - Larry discusses how things that seemed terrifying and important as a child, such as the Bermuda Triangle, getting stuck in quicksand, getting trapped in used refrigerators and other things don't seem to matter anymore. - The gang discuss the validity (or relative uselessness) of the old tornado drills and nuclear bomb drills we learned in school. - "WHADDAYOU SUGGEST?" segment intro - Vito suggests the "OFFICE LADIES" podcast, featuring Jenna Fischer and Angela Kinsey from THE OFFICE discussing every episode of the show and behind-the-scenes tidbits. - Megan suggests the Netflix show, "THE IMPOSTERS", about a con artist and her team of fellow thieves, that has 2 seasons currently available. - Larry suggests season two of the Netflix series, "THE UMBRELLA ACADEMY", based on the cult comic series created by My Chemical Romance's Gerard Way. - The suggested Podcast of the week goes to MSRCast and METAL GEEKS, celebrating their anniversary and headed by friend of the show, Cary Gordon. - Show farewell and sign off.
