Once again we return for a brand new episode of the Geektown Radio podcast. This week we have the usual tv news and premiere date info, plus an interview with Guy Toubes, showrunner for Amazon Prime's 'The Stinky & Dirty Show'.

Guy burst onto the children’s television scene with 'Mowgli: The New Adventures of the Jungle Book', a series he co-created and produced for Fox Kids Network. As a prolific writer and story editor, his experience spans many genres in kids' TV including action and comedy from Nicktoons’ 'Edgar & Ellen', Hasbro’s 'Transformers: Robots In Disguise', and PBS’s 'Odd Squad'.

Most recently, Guy has been executive producer and showrunner of the Emmy and Annie-nominated Amazon Prime series 'The Stinky & Dirty Show'. Based on the books by Jim and Kate McMullan the animated series follows the adventures of best friends and unlikely heroes, Stinky the garbage truck and Dirty the backhoe loader. They are a dynamic and hilarious duo of resourcefulness who learn that when things don't as expected, asking "what if" can lead to success.

Guy is also working on a brand new series due out next year on Disney Junior called 'T.O.T.S.', for which he is the story editor. This follows best friends Pip and Freddy, a tenacious penguin and a kind-hearted flamingo, who are the only non-stork delivery birds in-training at Tiny Ones Transfer Service, (T.O.T.S.) and must deliver baby animals to their new forever homes.
