In today's episode, I interviewed Dina Cohen. I specifically wanted to interview Dina because, well, firstly, she is extremely knowledgeable in her field. She has guided me along my path many times. I think it is important for the general public to understand the nutritional side effects of an eating disorder. Eating disorders are extremely complex and multifaceted, often needing the support of a team to be treated. We need to understand that eating disorders are not something we can take lightly and the signs and symptoms should be something to look out for.

Especially in today's diet centric society, we must educate the public and the dangers of this disorder.

I hope you enjoy the episode. This is a heavier topic than my usual interviews. I think it is a topic that needs to be talked about in our orthodox community.
