Join Dr. Jeffrey Gladden, Steve Reiter, and Katie Ingram, the Director of Fitness at Gladden Longevity. Katie performs Cardiopulmonary Exercise Tests, Resting Metabolic Rate, Pulmonary test (PFT), Evoked EEG, and Max Pulse at Gladden Longevity. In addition, she formulates customized fitness plans for each patient based on the results of genetic testing, blood work, and results from all biometrics. Katie also holds each one accountable and offers support even when traveling in global time zones. As an expert, she possesses these certifications - DEXA, MET TEST(cardiopulmonary exercise tests), ISSA CPT (certified personal trainer), BLS, TRT shockwave, and HOCATT ozone sauna.
