Don't let it bother you! Just keep showing up! Seth muses on how his stepson received a message on the heels of his 16th birthday wanting to be a paqrt of his life. He takes that message and extends it to other aspects in life - espevially in how he, himself, stepped in place of a man who abandoned his son and reared him as his own. Good men, like yourself, show up to work, for your family, for your fitness, your business, for your clients and for your family. Yoyu don't shirk responsibility. You run to it. The beauty of putting in the work is that you will see the results that come out of it.
So ... if you think the work you are doing is not being noticed? It is being noticed .. and it is being appreciated. Keep showing up - because that is what a four-dimensional man does every day of his life. That is what YOU do every day of your life!
