Being your most authentic self and caring less about what others think of us can do SO much for your life. Even the famous Roman emperor, Marcus Aurelius noticed the same tendency we have to give more weight to what other people think about us than what we think of ourselves. In this episode, I talk about what caring less about the opinions of others can do for our lives and how we should live up to our full potential and use the gifts we've been given out of gratitude instead of out of the need to feel more worthy in the eyes of others. - The last song in this episode is "Here Tonight" by Sam Burchfield.
