He is a specialist with overcoming life’s challenges, having helped busy professionals and others, attain the clarity they need to set and achieve their dreams and goals, by guiding them to overcome adversity by using innovative and strategic means.
Arnie spends a lot of time coaching individuals, couples and groups; as well as speaking at various events and is the founder of The Next Step Foundation, a 501c(3) organization to help individuals, families and other "Heart Centered" programs that aspire to his “Hands Of Hope" vision. He also conducts workshops on a variety of topics that help you face and overcome overwhelming challenges in your health, business and your relationships by focusing on Encouraging, Energizing and Elevating you beyond what you thought you could ever imagine for you in both your professional and personal life.
