Lukasz Luczaj is an ethnobotanist and.......... so much more! After this conversation actually I feel he is also somewhat a philosopher.
Apart from the work in Academia he has a large wild garden in the Carpathians where, since 2002, he organizes cooking workshops with wild plants, fungi and insects, being one of the predecessors of the foraging movement in Europe. Łukasz authored a few popular books on edible plants and insects, books about connecting with nature and a manual how to make love outdoors, as well as a few cooking television programmes. The conversation is juicy! Spacing from wild living to sex in nature.
