Our FEATURE today focuses on the world's most valuable company, Apple,Inc. and raises a number of issues that few if any analysts have considered that may be a factor in the Company's spectacular growth. One, the Company unapologetically acknowledges that it's financially more advantageous to steal another company's technology or infringe upon it than pay for it. Secondly, By not paying license fees to an inventor, Apple,Inc. substantially increases its' margin of profit and bottom line. In the past we've explored Apple's role in forming the American Invents Act and the Patent Trial & Appeal Board which has allowed them and other tech giants to control the US patent process to the detriment and loss to thousands of companies, their principals, investors and inventors.
