Since the end of February, Dr. Ho and Dr. Q have embarked on a new journey of health and wellness. Both were out of shape, overweight, energy deficient, and knew they needed to make changes. They were healthy and fit in the past, but they slacked off due to the hustle and bustle of life. This time, however, they would try out new health hacks to get quicker and better results. Each week they have recorded those health hacks to share with the community. Here is what they looked like before: “Everyone is human, and getting into shape and staying healthy is no easy task.” After 4 months, they’ve made tremendous progress, but of course, like everyone else, faced certain struggles. From dietary struggles, to getting back into the swing of things after a vacation, the doctors share their biggest struggles and victories throughout this 4 month process. Watch this video till the very end so you can see their progress and exactly where they are today.
