Have you ever wanted to share your story/perspective, whether it be at work, in a book or in the media? The world needs your voice and in this era of anti-Asian violence it's more important than ever to share our ideas and shape our culture. Let's learn from leaders in the workplace, books and the media about how they've spoken out, advocated for themselves and shared their stories.

In Part 1 we discuss how each panelist got to the very high levels of their fields, how they addressed adversity for their race, and how to prevent anti-Asian violence.

In Part 2 we discuss how people spoke out about injustice, where people get their ideas since all panelists are in idea-driven fields, and what Asians need to improve on in the work place. Special questions from children include how to speak up in the classroom and how old each panelist was when they started speaking up.

Panelists:

*Michael Cabanatuan: San Francisco Chronicle Reporter

*Doy Charnsupharindr, MBA: CEO Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute, Faculty UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, Actor, Singer

*Yang Huang: Novelist - My Good Son, My Old Faithful, Living Treasures
