I get a lot of questions from women about Intermittent Fasting and whether it's something we should be doing.
There are lots of health benefits to fasting, but it's definitely not for everyone, and you know that I am not a fan of any kind of deprivation or calorie counting!
Which is why I prefer a form of fasting that's easier to do, particularly when we have got hormones to think about. And that's something called Time Restricted Eating (or overnight fasting).
