If you’ve struggled with your weight for any length of time, you’ve had the experience of losing weight and then blowing it. Just as you’re starting to feel good you make a tragic choice to “eat that” and then, before you know it, you’re eating everything you were staying away from, and you’re climbing up the scale again. It’s a conundrum that’s hard to understand. Whey do we do it? In this episode I unpack whey we “self-sabotage” when we’re feeling good and eating clean. You’ve got to be armed with this information if you ever hope to experience any kind of lasting weight loss.
