Melt into a peaceful meditation designed to enhance your awareness of the sounds around you and the sensations within. Experience your ability to become aware of both simultaneously. This awareness will assist you in releasing tension from your mind and body.

Using the breath as a primary anchor of mindfulness, helps to create more space between the thoughts, so you can awaken fully to the present moment.
