In 1986, Michael Harris learned he had a vascular disease that threatened to cut off blood flow in his leg. Against medical advice, Michael said NO to a series of surgeries and met a doctor in Santa Monica who gave him one life-changing advice: start walking. He moved around more often until he could walk for miles without the help of his cane. In this episode, Michael shares everything he has learned about meditative yoga through his journey of practicing it for five hours a day.
