Professor Francis McGlone is the head of the Somatosensory & Affective Neuroscience Group at the School of Natural Sciences & Psychology in Liverpool. His primary area of research is characterizing the role of afferent c-fibres in humans. Investigating both pain, itch and gentle touch.
