The rates of mental health issues in children are growing, especially since the invention of social media. While adults mainly worry about finances, children care about inclusion and friendship. As an adult, we have a duty to be a mentor for young children and help them through those early stages of life. The positive impacts having a mentor as a child has later in life are significant. Ashley Wiles, founder and Head Coach at Sole Girls discusses this and so much more about a very important topic on this episode. Enjoy this episode of Health Simple Radio. \
