We have an outgoing and hard working personal trainer. Her name is Emma Phillips. We will be talking about How to love running and the reasons to do it.

She is a competitive runner and she has run at County Level in the UK.

In the UAE she won the Dubai Marathon 10 km in 2009 and 2010 and was the 1st Resident in the RAK Half Marathon in 2009 and 2011. She is also a Qualified Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer and a Certified Yoga Instructor. Her aim is to make sessions challenging, enjoyable, varied and individual to each person. She has a holistic approach to health and fitness, taking into account lifestyle, fitness levels and diet. She gets great satisfaction out of keeping clients motivated and seeing them achieve their goals.
