We have an outgoing and hard working yoga instructor. Her name is Cat Koo Levine. We will be talking about Yoga transforms your body.
Cat has been practicing yoga daily for more than 12 years. Through a regular yoga practice, she found immense relief from chronic back and neck pain. More importantly, it completely transformed her self-confidence and self-esteem and pulled her out of depression. Yoga changed her life and this passion is what drives her to share yoga with others. Cat runs Be Yoga Andersonville in Chicago, a yoga school for all bodies.
