009:Allowing Your Good

Hello everyone and welcome to this episode of Hearing Voices. Today we’re talking about allowing our goodness, our prosperity our abundance into our life. If we believe that God (Source, Higher Power, Buddha, Allah, Jesus, Spirit) whatever name you have for that that is nameless, if we believe that God wants us to be happy and to enjoy prosperity, and It does, if we believe that our desires have already been created even as we have the thought of them, and they are, then we have to prepare ourselves to ALLOW this good to manifest.
Today’s Voices Heard comes from Eckhart Tolle’s “A New Earth.” “Acknowledging the good that is already in your life is the foundation for all abundance. The fact is whatever you think the world is withholding from you, you are withholding from the world.”

Let’s get started…

The truth for you may not be the truth for me. Your beliefs are not necessarily my beliefs. Your religion is not the only religion. Your way is not the only way. When we reach a level of Higher Consciousness we come to understand that by allowing all others to be as they are and as they choose, then I am free to be as I choose. That is not to say that we turn a blind eye toward injustice, but rather seize the opportunity to find the Love in the situation – you may have to do some digging but that’s the work. The effort will not prove futile because you have chosen to seek Love and Love can ALWAYS be found.

Through this discipline of allowing, the more you practice it the better you will become, you can turn your attention toward helping others achieve their desires. For example, say you have a friend that is sick and not feeling well, rather than seeing them as they are in the present which is frail and in physical form see them as being whole and part of Universal Consciousness. This will naturally FEEL better than taking on the illness that is plaguing them, and the good feeling that you are having by focusing on their wholeness is aligning you with Source which in turn is showering you with more to feel good about and in your ALLOWING this connection to take place you essentially give your friend permission to do the same and turn their attention away from the illness and focus only on the wellness.

By your example, others will be drawn to you and inspired. By your prosperity others will be inspired to be prosperous, by your good health others will be inspired to improve their lifestyles.
You will know when you have truly reached the level of Allowing when you can walk through the world seeing joy, peace and love in all things. When you can lay witness to an event and distinguish between the high consciousness of love or the negative energy of discord and consciously choose to allow only the one containing love into your experience then you will be an Allower.

Today’s final quote is from the Book of Matthew in the Bible: “In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.”
