In this episode, I am thankful to have a conversation with my husband Omar Calvillo, the host of Wrong to Strong Chicago Podcast. We talk about gratitude and being thankful to God for who He is and all the blessings He gives to us.
As we approach Thanksgiving the whole world gathers to give thanks. As a believer in Jesus Christ , we are often urged throughout scripture to give thanks to God. I'll be the first to admit my initial response in troubling times, isn't one of thanksgiving. I'm learning that even difficult and trying times are opportunities to give thanks to God for being with us and leading us through such difficulties. I'm grateful for my Lord's love, grace and patience. He keeps us and gives us strength to keep going and seeking Him.
Friends, I'm thankful for all of your love, support and prayers.
Thank you, to the courageous women who have shared their stories for God's glory.
I'm thankful for my sweet blessings, my husband Omar and my children Angel, Angelina and Moses. I'm thankful for my family, friends that became family and all my brothers and sisters in Christ. Blessings to you all this Thanksgiving.
