Ah, Missionary Care. Probably the single most debated issue I have discussed with Global Workers over the years. Some GWs need a little, others, a lot. Many missionaries feel well supported by their regional leadership and/or the home team, and some wonder if anyone knows they're still out there! While Melissa Williams (- the Melissa + a Scott) was hanging out at the Missionary Guest House for a couple of days a few weeks ago, we chatted about this topic, and Scott shared some creative "care" ideas with me.
