This is our pilot podcast, High On Spirit, which is all about higher consciousness, self-transformation, plant medicine, ancient wisdom, subtle energy, and the evolution of spirit. Dylan comes from a background steeped in shamanism and permaculture, and his non-profit organization The School of Gaian Studies aims to bring practical teachings and methodologies which can revolutionize how we as humans live, work, and co-create. Ko Hara Lan was awakened to the non dual wisdom of Ancient India, the birthplace of yoga, while in prison. Having found a true path, he determined to invest his life in bringing inner freedom to the masses.
