For Life - thats the difference between doing something short term short term vs long term.
Wanting to make a lifestyle change for the long haul, forever. Not going without or depravation but a long hard look at yourself and saying this needs to change now, and its worth it because....
Rather than a short term change - I can go without X, Y, and Z for a number of weeks to achieve whatever, hopefully. Thats depravation and going without. Quite often the first action being once making that goal, is do dive straight into that exact substance you have said you cant have - its ludicrous.

Anyway Max and I talk about the differences, headspace, mind space, keeping it real, rewarding yourself correctly, and what to do if you fall off the wagon..

For example - losing weight to fit in a dress or get to a weight for a party holiday or wedding vs losing weight for life for your long term health - talk about different approaches mindsets etc
