In the 68th episode of the Historic Performance Podcast, I interview Shawn Myszka. Shawn is a Personal Performance Adviser & Movement Coach for NFL players & NFL teams.

He currently works with over a dozen NFL players each year and helps guide their performance as players to the limits of their potential. Through his frequent presentations at sport conferences nationwide, Shawn has become a sought-after clinician and leader in the field of sport-specific power development, the transfer of training to sport performance, and the development of mastery in the movement of athletes at all levels of qualification.

At the beginning of 2014, Shawn introduced a new brand into the industry, Movement Mastery, which has the purpose of helping training professionals of all kinds to more fully understand the processes involved in attaining more masterful movement for athletes in all sporting disciplines.

In this episode, Shawn talks about "movement" in the context of sport, motor control + motor learning theories, creating a movement philosophy, and structuring movement practice.
