Take a wild guess what the number 1 New Year's resolution is each year? Yep - health and wellness. Makes sense why suddenly gyms are full and diet plan ads fill the commercial slots.

If you're like me though, you struggle in knowing how to best accomplish your health and wellness goals. Do we eat more eggs or more meat? Eat less carbs or sugar? Take multi-vitamins?

Well, today on Holly's Highlights podcast (Episode 4, Season 1) we are going to kick off this New Year interviewing Melanie Taylor, dietician with Harmons grocery stores. She'll help us:
