One simple question, led to such a deep conversation.

Yes? No? Maybe? We found this question to be much harder to answer because of all the other stuff that goes with it. It opened the door to question how others see us, how we see ourselves, and how we present ourselves to the world so that we don’t get that dreaded “socialization” question.

“For me, homeschooling is really is more of a lifestyle. It’s more of an extension of parenting, I don’t really see it as a job.” ~ Amanda

“Every person’s homeschool is going to look a little different than the next person’s.” ~ Alisha

“I don’t want to get into a personal discussion, or philosophical discussion about who can homeschool and who can’t homeschool. When talking to strangers it’s much easier to say, ‘Oh, I’m an entrepreneur’, than it is to say, ‘Oh, I stay home and I homeschool my 4 kids.’ ” ~ Alisha

“I don’t want to sound too braggy, but I love my life. I just feel very grateful and fortunate that I to get to stay home with my kids and homeschool them.” ~ Amanda
