In this episode, Alia dives into the topic of whether or not to spank our kids. Also, we go on a tangent about this past Halloween's racial discussion at Yale, in which a professor wrote an email that many of the minority students protested. Two notes on that; (1) Uzo mistakenly referrs to the writer of the email as "he", when Ms. Erika Christakis is actually a she. He apologizes for that.
