Joshua Phillips could have been just another statistic having been misunderstood in school and facing a life of hard labour. However it was something his foreman said to him while labouring at the Mt Smart Stadium as a teenager that turned his life around. He then embarked on a journey towards education and this decision to do so has made Joshua a agent of change in the lives of many communities and workplaces he has led. His insights into what leadership means are also inspiring. Thank you Joshua for coming on the show and giving of yourself and what a awesome journey it has been.
