At 36, Phillip Ralls became the National Reined Cow Horse Association’s fifteenth million dollar rider. Growing up on the west coast, Ralls spent time with legendary horsemen who helped him progress his skills. In addition to his father, NRCHA Hall of Fame rider Ron Ralls, Phillip spent eight years at Monty and Pat Roberts’ Flag Is Up Farms.
