From 'Kinderblast' at Touch FM in Uganda to 'HDCIB' at MPR right here in Palmy. Same boy, different story, new location! Born in Derby, England. Moved to Kiwoko, Uganda at 6 years old and lived there for 12 years. Now in Palmerston North and keen to share what I've seen. My name is Joel Brown and trust me when I say that you are in for a treat when you tune into HDCIB.
