Taking on additional help to your solo operation will be a big deal, whether you take on one or two assistants who can help you when you’re ill or on a vacation, or whether you take on additional people to address a growing clientele.

When considering taking on additional help, you’ll have to decide whether that help will be employees or individual contractors.
