Stay vigilant Nebraska, Idaho, and Mississippi, Utah like many other states legalizing cannabis for adult or medical use, learned the hard way what meddling after passing a Medical marijuana initiative looks like. Utah lawmakers have free reign to significantly modify initiatives, but this new effort can kick this practice of state lawmaker meddling in the future.
