Welcome to the I'm Josh Newton show where it is all about putting your potential into practice. In this episode I'm going to be interviewing Mike Bledsoe.
Mike is one of the co-hosts of the popular strength and conditioning podcast the Barbell Shrugged and he also has his own podcast Bledsoe Pia. In this interview we will talk about Mike's Journey from high school to the Navy Seals and then to IT training and all the way to opening a CrossFit gym and starting his first podcast. We'll also talk about Mike's why and I think this is a really great example of somebody who has an overarching reason for why they're doing everything in their life. But he's also translated this into a great Howe and this is something that he uses every day at to keep himself grounded in the day today.
