Each one of us will go through difficulties and challenges in our lives and to be able to deal with them is part of human nature. But also on top of that is, the statistic and the research shows that 45% of people in this country at one point in time or another, is likely to face some sort of mental illness. If a person does not able to cope with stress, or build a resilient to deal with stress in their life, they are more susceptible to progress into major form of mental illness. That is why we find in the modern day writings, they mentioned different ways how people can develop resilient in their lives. In this khutbah, we will see how this deen of ours and Islam, just a little bit of the wisdom of Allah (swt) has put in this deen of ours, that showed to us how we can develop resilient. And when we have a look at the guidance of Allah (swt), we find it is so complete, and so wholesome that the person’s resilient is developed in such a great manner, such a wholesome fashion.
