Do you beat yourself up for things that you did or didn't do in the past? Or do you ever wish you could do things over because you would do them differently?
In this two-part episode, we talk about how we do the best we can based on what we know and the experiences that we've had. So, it's good to wish we could do things differently because that's proof that we've grown and learned from our mistakes.
So, don't waste your time wishing you could change the past. Instead, be very conscious of what you do in the present, especially now that you know better. You are exactly where you are supposed to be, so be proud of yourself for never quitting and having the courage to make mistakes and learn from them.
This is our final episode of season 2!
