Phoenix goes on the road to Brooklyn to talk to Tiffany van Soest. They talk about her background, living in Indonesia, fighting, and doing spoken word. At minute 36, there's a clip of Tiffany's spoken word.

Tiffany tells how there's two sides of her, one being super tough and the other being a mellow surfer. She also opens up about her grief and anxiety and how she has healed. She is involved in nonprofit work and hopes to start her own. Phoenix asks her about it all so enjoy this out of studio interview!

Tiffany is an American Muay Thai kickboxer who competes in the bantamweight division. Originally a Sh?rin-ry? karate practitioner, van Soest began Muay Thai at the age of eighteen and was both a state and national titlist as an amateur before turning professional in 2011 and winning the WBC Muaythai International Super Bantamweight Championship the following year.
