The McKesson (MCK) Brand DME program provides a comprehensive one-stop shop for products, customer service & support and marketing resources for providers. In partnership with its strategic vendor Drive Medical and our other DME mfg’s, MCK is able to provide an offering of over 250+ SKUs, strategic stocking locations to guarantee next-day delivery, a $9.95 flat rate PHD fee, retail ready SKUs, tool-free assembly and a host of marketing collateral consisting of sell sheets, catalogs, point of purchase signage and instructional videos coupled together with our dedicated team of field consultants. Products/product categories are included in the 250 sku’s include mobility, Bath Safety, Beds/Mattresses & Overlays, Patient Handling, Aids to daily living and Therapy.
In Q1 2019, they're launching 48 “retail ready” sku’s that will allow a build out of a few different size McKesson Brand DME planograms. In October 2019, they are looking to continue expanding the offering with another 45 sku’s -- giving customers access to several new colors and sizes of the products. With the MSD integration, there is access to some of their exclusive technologies, like VerbalCare. Verbalcare is a mobile app that allows direct communications between the HME provider and their patients. Through this technology, customers can digitize patient communications, drive administrative savings and deepen patient engagement.
