You've heard Julie and Brenda discuss the importance of meditation in their daily lives on numerous occasions. You've also, most likely, heard many scientific studies touting the health benefits a meditation practice can bring, both cognitively and emotionally. But... this does not mean meditation comes easy to you or that you even know what it means to achieve a meditative state. So today, your Other Side Guides share their meditation tips and tricks to get you started on your own practice or enhance the one you already have going.

The truth is you naturally weave in and out of a meditative state throughout your day, and that's because, at its core, meditation is a very natural state of being. Theta-brain, aka relaxed brain moments, occur when you're daydreaming, traveling down memory lane, imagining your future, swimming, bathing, or in a deeply relaxed creative state (to name a few). Knowing this, the bigger question becomes: how can you create an intentional meditation practice in your daily life?

Today, we'll discuss: 🙏 simple ways to begin meditating
🙏 what a moving meditation is
🙏 'brain-clutter' and how to clean it
🙏 how to invite your Spirit Guides into your practice
🙏 the importance of grounding and breathing

Because Earth School is hard, without making time to meditate, connect with the unseen, and access your support from the Other Side.
