From being the little girl who played HR (even firing her mother when she was five years old) and sold shares in her "company" to running a successful People Operations consulting business and speaking internationally while battling more diagnosis than most 70-year-olds, I have had quite the journey, and I wouldn't have it any other way!
I am neurodiverse (Bipolar, OCD, Misophonia) and physically diverse (multiple diagnosis including a seizure disorder) and I am successful WITH my diagnosis, not in spite of them. My neurodiversity is my super power!
My missions are inclusion, innovation, and integrity.
I enjoy speaking and providing actionable advice about diversity and inclusion, innovating hiring, HR Tech, entrepreneurship, neurodiversity, and general empowerment. I am energetic and enjoy using comedy, but be ware!... I am also very bold and while I can certainly filter my language, I always tell it how it is, and wouldn't have it any other way.
I have spoken for United Nations delegates through AIMS, London School of Business, SHRM, HR Disrupter Summit, Web Summit, and many podcasts
Katherine, a physically and neurodiverse woman herself, built her career on inclusive innovation in People Operations and HR Tech. She lives by the motto that different is not a deficit.
In 2014 she founded Titan Management, a national people operations consulting firm, and then in 2021 she shook up HR Tech by designing the first ever fully accessible, anti-bias Applicant Tracking System plugin that fires the resume and showcases company diversity!
Featured at Web Summit, HR Disruptor, SHRM, and London School of Business, she makes an energetic, interactive, education-based speaker who always brings some spice!
When she hits the stage, get ready! Her bold, engaging style may be entertaining, but it will also provoke thought, and leave you motivated to take action!
