In seinem Vortrag geht Reichertz vor dem Hintergrund der medienwissenschaftlichen Theorie Vilém Flussers der Frage nach der Bedeutung des Bildes für den Aufbau von Wissen
nach. Dabei konzentriert sich Reichertz auf eine besondere Klasse von Bildern, namentlich Infografiken.

Der Vortrag wurde gehalten am 28.10.2008 im Rahmen der Pro*Doc Ringvorlesung “Intermediale Ästhetik. Spiel - Ritual - Performanz II”. Siehe auch: intermediale.unibas.ch.
