These experience include senior trainer roles with mortgage banking and top-three global media companies. Amy has spent some serious time working on creating diverse learning delivery methods and design implementations that will successfully develop organization's service and sales teams. From adult learning theory, to training the trainer, to public speaking, Amy's skills have made her the amazing learning and development professional she is today.
