Our guest this week is Shawn Wells, an expert in the field of performance nutrition and supplementation. He’s often called the world’s greatest formulator (of supplements). We talk about the problems with the Modern Western Diet or Standard American Diet, and how even if you’re getting plenty of calories, you’re probably not getting enough energy. We also talk about the purpose and benefits of the ketogenic diet and how to get started.

This is great for anybody who is tired of feeling sluggish and feels like they have unhealthy relationship with food.

Follow up with Shawn at his website or on Twitter and Instagram.

We talked about Berberine as a supplement. Get it here.
