I'm back again, with another solo episode! Embracing my uniqueness and my differences has always been a challenge for me, and it's something I've worked on over and over with my mindset work. I've come a long way, and in this episode I share some stories from recent life experiences that have led me to realize I still have a lot of work to do in this area! I walk you through a process you can use to get comfortable with your uniqueness and use your differences to stand out in the crowd and be more visible as you express yourself.

As with some previous episodes, I've uploaded some journal prompts to the Patreon community.
