In this interview Beth Withers an astounding leader inside of the Caterpillar business talks about her own career, her family and her personal health challenges. Beth is probably one of the most positive people that I have ever had the pleasure to meet and is an absolute dream to interview. It was delightful and a pleasure to be able to spend some time with this busy family lady. A person who somehow is able balance a busy and stressful work role with a young family. Originally from Washington DC, moving to Cincinnati in Ohio to work for Proctor & Gamble, experiencing a work role in Geneva and then finally arriving in Peoria Illinois to work for the Caterpillar organization.
