In this episode, Thomas J. Tobin, an author, speaker, and scholar of higher education quality discusses his work on copyright education and distance learning. Among other things, he discusses how became interested in distance learning, how it lead to an interest in copyright policy and education, and the different ways in which he has advanced that conversation.
