In this episode, I had the pleasure of chatting to Daniel Lambert, who along with his sister Grace, opened the truly unique Bang Bang, an independent store in the heart of Phibsboro, Dublin serving delicious food, coffee and a wide variety of local produce.

There are lots of fascinating angles to Daniel’s story – one particular one that stood out to me was that neither Grace nor himself had any prior experience in working in such an environment, yet they’ve been able to create something really impressive and which is centred around the local community. A really super guest who has fun to have in studio.

Remember that we’re up on iTunes and Stitcher if you’d like to subscribe (search for Irish Startup Stories) so that you’re notified when a new episode is available – you can always leave us a nice review when you’re there!

Enjoy
